    I HAVE AN HP OFFICEJET 3830. I CAN PRINT IN COLOR FROM MY Cricut explore air 2, however I can not seem to be able to print in color from windows. I have the free version of Microsoft. I have attempted many different solutions which were not accurately projected, I had to keep trying to find the pages it was telling me to go to nothing has worked. I just printed directly from the web and it is also in B&W. Nothing is working. Please help, I have attempted from the app, from the microsoft office home page, On the app there is no "color" or B&W setting AT ALL, From Microsoft office home

    Color printing

    I would suggest the following steps:

    In Word, click on "File" - "Options".

    Click on "Display" - Select the box which says "Print background colors and images".

    Click Ok to save the settings and then try to print.

    created a word doc and set it to print in color. only prints in grayscale. tried two different computers. new color cartridge.

    Hello,

    I'm working on my laptop and everything prints in color, EXCEPT Microsoft Word. I have printed from webpages, other apps, as well as printed a test page from my printer, so I know the problem is not with my printer. When I explore printer settings and
    preferences, I don't see an option for greyscale vs color. Please advise. Thank you.
