Windows 10: Do I Have To Make YouTube An App NOW To Get Notifications In Action Center???

I Was Getting Notifications From YouTube In Action Center Before A Windows Update Caused It To Stop Functioning. I Had To Reset My Computer From The Cloud To Get It Back To Functioning Again. After The Reset Came More Windows Updates... NOW I Can't Get Notifications From YouTube In Action Center Anymore... What Do I Need To Do To Get My Notifications From YouTube Started Again???

To stop action center notifications, I suggest you to follow the steps given below:

• 
  Type settings in search bar and hit
  enter.
  
• 
  Go to system.
  
• 
  Select notifications and actions.
  
• 
  Click on turn system icons on or off.
  
• 
  Turn off action center.

Not Receiving Mail app Notifications in the Action Center

action center & "show app notification" issue

i found the tutorial from this forum and it work ...
"show app notification" not grayed out anymore and the "action center" balloon back to normal now...

• Press Win + R shortcut keys together on the keyboard to open the Run dialog.

• Type the following in the Run box: gpedit.msc

• Go to the following path in the left pane of Group Policy Editor:
  User Configuration \ Administrative Templates \ Start Menu and Taskbar

• Locate and modify the following setting: Turn off all balloon notifications.
  Set it to Enabled
