i on Minecraft on my ps4 and i want to play it on my pc without rebuying it do i have to rebuy

Do I have to rebuy Minecraft?

So, I bought Minecraft and played for a few days, then I closed the game and went to sleep. The next day I attempted to open the launcher but it wasn't there and when I when t to redownload it it said the website I was looking for did not exist. Then it said I was only able to purchase or play the demo version of the game. I dnt understand what to do. Even if I did rebuy the game I don't think I could get the launcher downloaded

 

dts x license rebuy issue

i paid for dts x license recently and it ended up not working after i restarted my pc today.
no troubleshooting from any forum fixed the issue except rebuying the license.

all i need is a refund for the old purchase that ended up not working.

I downloaded BulletAsylum on 2-8 and it wants me to rebuy

As the title says i bought the game that day loved it. I traded a friends my HTC Radar for their Nokia Lumia 710 and I was able to redownload all other apps including other games like de blop that I bought with no issue, but BulletAsylum wants me to rebuy
it. I do have the confirmation email showing the game title and how much I paid for it and the credit card I used. I don't know why this is happening and never expericed anything like this before anything i can do?
