Windows 10: Do I need my windows activated in order to cloud download when reformatting it?

I'm thinking of reformating my PC just to do a bit of cleaning but I noticed that my windows isn't activated and I don't know what will happen if I reset it

Recover or Reformat?

I did what you said and then was told to remove the CD from the CD-Rom Drive, put in the recovery CD and then press the 'OK' button to continue

So I changed to the next disk but the OK doesn't appear to be being 'pressed'. Yes I have pushed enter on the keyboard which is what I have been using to get me through the other steps..

Any suggestions?

 

Unable to buy and download Windows 10 in order to activate

• I'm based in Bahrain and I want to activate Windows 10 Home on my personal laptop.

• I think that the way to do so is to buy and download Windows 10 Home from the US Microsoft store (please confirm if this is correct).
  

• I’ve added Windows 10 Home to my Cart from the US store, and have clicked on ‘Place order’ in order to process the payment via PayPal ($139.00 for Windows 10 Home + $12.34 Sales Tax =

• However, the payment is not going through and I’m getting the following message:

Change Wireless Network Connection Priority Order in Windows 10


Hello Denis,

The command in step 2 of Option Two should show your wireless networks listed in priority order. Top of the list is higher.
