Windows 10: Do I need to keep signed in to MS Store?

Hello all! I sign in to my computer using my MS account and have done so for a long time. My question is that do I need to keep signed in to MS Store all the time? I understand that you need to be signed in if you want to purchase an App and that some free Apps will not let you download them unless you are signed in and you can't see some offered specials which does not bother me. I have installed all the Apps from the store I need to work with and do not plan on downloading anymore and even though I have a HP Omen computer I am not a gamer but I do intensive editing. Now, try to open store and see if that helps.

There's a possibility that you are currently signed in on your computer using your local account. For us to sort this out, we suggest that you sign in with your Microsoft account instead. Follow these steps:

• Open Settings > Accounts > Your email and accounts.
• Select Sign in with a Microsoft account instead.
• Follow the on-screen instructions.

Once signed in with your Microsoft account on your computer, try signing into the Windows Store app.

• Type troubleshooting in the search box
  and hit Enter.
• Click View all from the left pane and select Windows store apps.
• Follow the on-screen instructions and check.

If the steps don't work try these steps:

Try to reset the Windows store and check.

• Press Win + R on the keyboard to open run Window.
• Type wsreset.exe to reset the Windows store cache.
