Windows 10: Do I need to reinstall windows 10 after restore factory setting?

Windows 10 is pre-installed in my laptop. I know the product key and product id of windows. Due to virus I want to restore factory setting. After restore factory setting, do I need to buy windows 10 again or do I need to create windows 10 image? After restore factory setting, will Windows 10 automatically install again in my laptop?

Restore factory settings do list Removes your personal files, apps and settings, and reinstalls the version of Windows that came on this PC.

So if this isn't true well than just erase the drive and install a clean Windows 10 with all the drivers u need but why should it be true

I suggest you to perform Restore factory settings, it will automatically delete all the details and the setting will be restore default a new. Click on the article how to perform Restore factory settings.

Note: It is recommended to take a Backup of all your files before performing Restore factory settings, it will wipe out all the data.
