    I had a problem with my hitman pro software. A technician from Hitman pro accessed my computer with my agreement and ran some scan and told me that I would need to renew my windows 11 and firewall. He showed me costs for both. I told him I would check back. My computer was purchased over a year ago and came with windows 11 installed. I have been told that Microsoft does not charge for a renewal license for either if the computer already had them installed. Was this a scam or do I need to renew my windows 11 license and firewall. His scan showed that I had 17 trojan viruses, many malware and

    How to find license keys of Windows 10 purchased approximately 10 years ago?

    TQ but I like to retrieve the license keys emailed from Microsoft at time of purchase. My account settings no longer list my Windows 10 Pro purchase b/c it only keep list of 3 months purchase....

    Since my license is purchased, I should be entitled to transfer my license to another computer.

    1. How can transfer of license possible in my situation of my two purchases of Windows 10 Professional ? I prefer to prove my license to 3rd party but Microsoft is not forthcoming how.
    2. Is there alternative for someone who is more-than-average-fluent in Microsoft Windows but still need help in such seeminly simple task ?

    Why is my windows 11 asking for me to renew my key?

    So every time I startup my computer it gives me a a pop up saying that I need to renew my windows license even though I got windows 11 for free almost a year ago?

    I am facing a problem that I have purchased a Computer System with original MS Windows 10 but now windows showing error "windows license will expire soon". Please confirm me the time span of windows 10 license. the vendor of the hardware
    claiming that the MS providing license for windows 10 only for one year and the purchaser has to renew it every year is it true.
