  1. Do I need to reset my PC after visiting a website?

Hello all,I visited a website earlier today www.processchecker.com and didn’t download anything but I am worried that the site isn’t legitimate. Can you get malware from a website without downloading anything? I did a full security scan with Windows Security and it didn’t find anything.I’m not sure whether I need to reset my Windows 11 PC, has anyone heard of this website before?Everything seems fine. Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks so much!

    :)

Thanks for the time, Parth. You explain how to show the most visited sites. This I know. I've asked how to sort them, , and you do not address my question.
