Windows 10: Do I need to reset my PC if I lost my Microsoft account?

Recently I lost my Microsoft account and I'm pretty sure there no way of getting it back. But when I set up my PC, I used my Microsoft account that is now hacked, so I'm wondering if I should reset it to be safe. They changed the email to the hacked account and when I tried to sign in it said that a account with the email didn't exist so I made a new one with the same email.So what I'm wondering 1. Should I reset my PC? And 2. If I do will it cause problem since I used the same email because when I tried to sign in with I didn't reset my PC it says there's already an account with the sam

Thanks for the reply, but it does not help me. The website does not proceed past step 4. After entering the security code, the website does not proceed to step 5. It does not give an error message, it simply greys out the next and cancel buttons and hangs
indefinitely.
