Windows 10: do i need xbox to run msfs from a drive

so when i have a hard drive and i try to play microsoft flight simulator and i dont have a xbox app downloaded when i try to download the app it says to ask permision; i got this pc and i am under 16 years old and i am not really good with tech and someone from microsoft do you need to have the xbox browser downlaod to play games from a harddrive? And one thing it says it doesnt run on the version that i have and i run on a windows 11 and i have another pc. please answer

i can not login xbox on msfs 2020 pc

When opening the game msfs 2020 on steam, dialog window pops up, asking sign in Xbox, i can not click the sign in bar, nothing is working, please help me to solve the issue.
