Windows 10: Do I really need Antivirus for Windows 10 OS?

Hi, this is Gavin. Currently using Microsoft Windows 10 OS on HP Laptop Model Number: Hp 14-am090TU.

Why question is that: Do I really need Antivirus for Windows 10?

Currently Microsoft Windows 10 OS comes with Pre-Installed Windows Security Windows Defender. So do i really need to Install thrid Party Antivirus / Security Apps i.e McAfee or Norton or Kaspersky or Quick Heal or others. How is Windows Security much better compared to these thrid Party Antivirus / Security Apps. Does protect My Laptop from Virus & Ransomware.

• Under General, next to “Open File Explorer to:” choose “This PC.”
• Click OK

Best antivirus for Windows XP?

THIS. Even the best ones are moving on. There's a couple, but it won't be forever. No sense in providing protection for Swiss cheese OS when they can focus efforts on recent and current OS.
