Windows 10: do i really need to change windows version or is it just the problem with my laptop itself?

so my laptop constantly and randomly restarts whenever i do anything well especially when testing out games and it heats up which i think is just normal. bought it recently in about months ago and its a second-hand lenovo with processor AMD Ryzen 3 3250U with Radeon Graphics of 2.60 GHz with Windows 11 Home Single Languagei'm new to tech things but my father told me to change back to windows 10. would that really help with the restarting problem or is it just an issue with the things going on in the laptop system? like the cpu and other things?

Changing administrator for new windows 10 laptop

To change the Account type follow the steps.

• 
  Press Windows + X, click on User Accounts.
  
• 
  Click on change your account type.
  
• 
  Select standard account.
  

To delete the account follow the steps.

• 
  Press Windows + X, click on User Accounts.
  
• 
  Click on Manage other Account.
  
• 
  Select the user account.
  
• 
  Click on Delete the account.
  

To create the new user account follow the steps.

• 
  Press Windows + X, click on User Accounts.
  
• 
  Click on Manage other Account.
  
• 
  Click on Add A new user in PC setting.
