Windows 10: Do I really need to rebuy minecraft?

I recently had to reinstall windows because of some issues and when I reinstalled minecraft and logged into my account its asking me to buy it again. I was confused as it's the same device and same credentials but still asked me to rebuy it. Is this neccesary or is there something I can do to get back into my account with out having to pay for minecraft again?

Do I need to rebuy Minecraft?

I recently switched PC's and now it seems like i might need to rebuy Minecraft because I buyed Minecraft before they had a bundale that included both Java and Bedrock so i only ownd bedrock and it seems like their is a new Minecraft launcher that say's Minecraft Launcher is currently not available in your account. Here’s the error code, in case you need it: 0x803F8001 and it won't let me open it despite me having the older version of the Minecraft launcher it says that i need this newer version to redownload Minecraft but i cant seem to ever open it because of the previously mentioned error code.

i on Minecraft on my ps4 and i want to play it on my pc without rebuying it do i have to rebuy

 

Homegroup For Minecraft Servers Or What?

It looks as if the existing minecraft server will use the new system without modification - It needs to be able to access the computers on the network in a two way link, which is the standard for Workgroup and Homegroup
