Windows 10: Do Not Disturb switches its-self on and cannot turn this off

Hi, Support.My laptop puts it-self into Do Not Disturb mode intermittently. I'm trying to check the settings to turn this off, but cannot seem to find the notifications settings under System settings.When I open Focus settings, I can see under 'Related settings' there is an option for 'Notifications', but it does not open when I click on it.Can you please confirm how to resolve this or release an update to fix it?Surface Laptop 4 running Windows 11 version 23H2. OS build 22631.3007. Windows Feature Experience Pack 1000.22681.1000.0I've tried attaching screenshots too but it won't let me.Thanks

How do I fix notifications still coming in even though Do Not Disturb is enabled?

If you are having problems with notification sounds, please do the following:

Step 1: Right-click on the Start icon and select Settings from the list.

Step 2: On the System tab, click on Notifications.

Step 3: Under "Notifications from apps and other senders", you will see a list of apps. Click on the app you want to disable notification sounds for.

Step 4: Disable the option "Play a sound when a notification arrives". You can also prevent the app from showing notification banners from this menu.

You can repeat the steps above to disable notification sounds for other apps.

Try turning on Do Not Disturb this way, however, all alerts will continue to appear in the Notification Center.

To automatically control Do Not Disturb, follow these steps:

Open Settings.

Click System.

Click on the Notifications tab.

Turn on the “Do Not Disturb” switch.

Click on the “Turn on Do Not Disturb Automatically” context.

Check the During these times option.

Set the on and off time to silence notifications.

Automatic Do Not Disturb

Choose repeat setting.

After completing the steps, Do Not Disturb will automatically turn on and off depending on your configuration.

In addition to setting up a schedule, you can also decide whether you want to stop notification banners at certain times.

I would suggest you try resetting the settings for Do Not Disturb.

1. go to Settings > Do Not Disturb and scroll down to the bottom of the page.

2. Tap on "Reset" and confirm the action.

This will reset all Do Not Disturb settings to their default values, and may help to resolve any issues with the feature automatically turning back on.

Airplane mode switch not working

Since the troubleshooting steps that were provided did not resolve the issue, we suggest switching on the Radio Management Service. To do that, please follow the steps below:

• Press Windows key + R.
• Type services.msc, then hit Enter.
• Search for Radio Management Service.
  
• Right-click, then choose Start.

Note: Never ever set this service to "Disabled".
