Hello, I am helping my mom try to get back on her win 10 pc. This morning 1-23-2023 she went to check her emails, pc was in sleep mode. Upon waking it, there was just the normal picture, but no sign in options stuff present. She rebooted several times, and still no options to login, just the picture comes up then nothing else.

    :)

  2. Unable to login to pc

How do i make or do a reboot?

    Lots of options!

    • You click the reboot button in the bottom right-hand corner of the logon screen.
    • You press the power button for 10 seconds.
    • You unplug the power.
    • You unplug the power and remove the battery.

How do I get it to safe mode?

    • Turn the machine on.
    • Wait until the spinning circle appears.
    • Reboot the PC (2nd option above)
    • Repeat Steps 1 . . 3 three times.
    • Find the Safe Mode option from one of the submenus you see.

  3. Can't login to my windows 10 PC

    Hi,

Thank you for your interest in Windows 10.

    • Are you trying to login to Microsoft account or local account?

    • If its Microsoft account are you able to login using the web interface?
I suggest you to use the on-screen keyboard and try to login. Follow the steps below:

Click on the Ease of Access icon at the right bottom of the screen and select On-screen keyboard and check if issue persists.

Please get back to us with the results of the above instructions.

Do not get any login options after rebooting win 10 pc

Win 10 login and dual option

After the upgrade to win 10 every boot shows a screen with the option to go to win 10 or recovery. How do I get this to go straight to win 10 without stopping at this login option page. Is this a setting option that I can set to avoid this page at login.
Even though it defaults to win 10, I would like to avoid this page.
