Windows 10: Do not know Admin Password and unable to change/disable

Hi,


I added a secondary account to this laptop however I do not remember setting a password. Now when attempting to essentially do anything, it is requesting that I enter the password for the admin account. I have tried to bypass by hitting Enter, I have also tried 'netplwiz' but cannot gain access as it requests the password.


To add more information, the account is listed as my phone number which seemed odd and when attempting to access the Family & Other Users through Settings > Accounts, the option is no longer showing:





Lastly, at the login screen when the laptop boots up I have tried the "forgot your password" option but in going via the Microsoft website, I receive an error that they do not recognize my account. I essentially cannot do any type of recovery unless I have that password. I have reached out to Microsoft via chat and every option they provided leaves me needing to input the password I do not know. At this point, I am stuck.
