Do not know my PIN# and my email address with cable company is no longer in service and I can not obtain a new password.

I need an explanation of company email addresses

Can someone please explain how, in Outlook, company employees have a custom email address but I can't seem to choose one for myself? Eg.: JohnDoe@t-systems.com or JaneDoe@Unisys.com Which service do companies subscribe to to let them register these company-specific email addresses? Is it Azure?

Here is the step to remove that old email address.

Start typing an email address into the “To” field. As soon as you see the old email address being recommended as one of the potential candidates, use the down arrow key to scroll through the list of suggestions. Once you highlight the old email address, type the delete key. In many cases, this will actually remove the entry not only from the current list of suggestions but from future suggestions as well. You may even find that as you mouse over the drop-down list the highlighted item will have an “x” to explicitly allow you to delete it.

Just do this step and your good to go.

Big companies will own their own domain name. Eg.: t-systems.com or Unisys.com They will also run their own mail server. If you manage your own mail server then you can create any mailbox name you like @ your own domain.
