    Do real human beings still work at microsoft, and can I talk to them?


    My friend and I have been working for a couple hours going from website to website trying to get phone number that will put us in contact with real person. We have tried the phone numbers ending in as follows: 7676, 0615, 9408, 9136, 9269, 7786, 5700, 6736. All are the same automated ****, or are just disconnected line entirely. Every time we go through the prompts with different answers the the same scripted questions it just directs us to a website. The underlying issue is that his old account *** Email address is removed for privacy *** is inaccessible. He is locked out and does not have the attached phone numb

    How can you talk with a human being at Microsoft?

    If you can’t log in what do you do? I can’t talk to anyone or fill out anything - the automated service keeps telling me to fill out things but I have to log in to do so and that is the problem. I need to talk to a human being for what to do.
