Windows 10: Do shared user profiles apps modify the apps for all other users?

So I'm using a PC with two different Microsoft user profiles and want to share apps between these users, so all of them can use the installed apps. My question is, if one user uses and modifies the app, does it modify it the same for all the other users or do these changes in the app only apply for that one user?

I understand that you wish to transfer files (apps and settings) from one user account to another.



Follow the steps and check:

• Press Windows + X keys on the keyboard, select
  Control Panel.
• Select System and Security and then
  System.
• Click Advanced System Settings.
• Under User Profiles, click
  Settings.
• Select the profile you want to copy.
• Click Copy to, and then enter the name of, or browse to, the profile you want to overwrite. This will usually be in C:\Users\username, where username is the name of the profile to which you are copying.
  
• Click Permitted to use, and then add all user accounts to which you want to give full profile control.
  
• Click OK.

Sharing apps on Windows 10 between user profiles?

Suggest you to refer to the reply posted by “Vinodh_Kumar V” from this thread to check if that helps. Once this is done ensure that the child logs in using the Microsoft account so that you can monitor them.

The User Profile Service service failed the sign-in. User profile cannot be loaded.

Hello,

When attempting to login to my computer, I get the following message:

"The User Profile Service service failed the sign-in.

User profile cannot be loaded."

I referred to this Help article,You receive a "The User Profile Service failed the logon” error
message,

but the only difference is I only have one user profile on this computer. So, I can't login with another user to go through the steps listed in this post.

Any suggestions?
