Windows 10: Do we need Windows 10 ISO image or Windows 10 backup image is enough

I do windows 10 image backup, in case if something happened I can restore computer but I often read on websites there is a Windows 10 ISO available, I wonder what it does and do we need to keep some where save in case if something happened to computer then we can restore.Please share your thoughts.PS my computer is updated to Windows version 10 22H2.Thank you

no, you can't go back..
I suggest creating a backup image of your os drive

its already there. there is a hard set factory image from samsung. problem is it takes a long time to get that backup into the drive again and destroys the C drive data.
