Hi CoolMover,

Are you saying the names doesn't show up or is it that the phone number doesn't show up?

If it is the name, then its as per what Kangaroo suggested.

But if its the later, then either the caller had subscribed to hidden number service, or that you hadn't subscribed to caller-ID service.

the caller id, or the contacts detail "label", is not showing up?

If it is the caller id, then no numbers will ever show up, check with using a home number/mobile phone that sends its own number.

If it still does not show then either the network is not providing the info or the phone is defective.

If you get some numbers, but not others showing up with their relevant labels i.e. from your contacts list.

Then you have multiple numbers for a single contact on the phone will NOT show the contact name/details. Maybe this will be revise in future S/W developments.
