    retrive unsaved wordpad document after the pc switched off

    how will I manage to retrive an unsaved wordpad document after my pc abruptly switched off?

    is it to be found in some temporarily saved documents?

    WordPad issue

    I like to suggest you some steps as per my last experience follow these:
    Click -> Start menu -> type ‘WordPad' in the taskbar-> search and click on the result. -> open WordPad.
    If you’re find difficulty to open WordPad,
    the Press -> Windows + R key -> type ‘Write’ -> hit enter.
    You will WordPad application launching on the
    screen.
    or
    Navigate this path C:\windows\system32\ you will see a ‘write’ (File).
    The application is here now.

    Just run an Office repair sofwtare to check if there will be any changes on the Word pad.

    If you are as greedy as I am you better look up for free software! I used to find a lot of reviews of that kind of softwares. But I remember only two that would work for Windows - Recuva and Disk Drill https://www.cleverfiles.com/recover-unsaved-word-excel.html
