Windows 10: Documents not loading? I reset my computer, took out my SD card and tried loading them...

Apps on SD card not loading!

I am at my wits end!

I bought a brand new Microsoft Lumia 535 yesterday along with a SanDisk 16GB microSD card. Made default location for installing as SD card and moved all possible apps also to SD card. Then after the first restart none of the apps on SD card are loading.
They are grayed out on the list. Moreover I am also not able to download any new app to the SD card. It just stalls as pending.

I have tried soft reset, hard reset multiple times. Took the phone to a nokia care centre. They reinstalled software, resetted multiple times, the end result is the same.

Harrowing experience. Will never buy a Microsoft/nokia product again.

If anybody can help, please do!

PS:

Time settings are fine!

I have tried erasing the SD card while resetting phone as well!

I was able to see other music and videos I had added to my SD card.

The apps moved to SDcard are not shifting back to main memory

There are a number of ways for you to transfer your photos or files using your computer. We would like to know more about the issue. Please provide the following information:

• Does the computer detects the SD card when you insert it in the computer?
• Does the SD card show as a drive letter?

In addition to that, we suggest that you follow these below to upload the pictures in Windows 10:

• 
  If your media reader has several slots, there will be several 'Removable Disks' listed. The SD card will be one of them.
  
• 
  Click the correct drive letter, from the menu choose “Explore or Open”, now you would be able to see the directory of the memory card.
  
• 
  You should be able to drag/drop or copy/paste the files to a folder on your hard drive.

I use this method :-

• First backup your phon and sd card
• Go to settings
• About
• Reset your phone
• You show this massage :

WARNING!

Resetting your phone will erase all your

personal content ,including apps, games ,pictures ,music and cideos and will restore

the factory setting s. Do you want to

continue?

• Click check box :

Erase SD card too

• Click Yes

Your phone is restart after resetting

and check download app in sd card
