Windows 10: Documents saved using Print to PDF function give access denied when opened.

I am hoping someone can offer some insight outside of the usual suspects as to why this might be. I have a customer who uses the print to PDF function to save files on to the organizations shared drive for easy consumption by others at the organization. After a recent Windows Update the PDF converter disappeared from the print options and when reinstalled the user could no longer open documents saved to the shared drive.If the option is instead used to save locally, the PDF can be opened as normal. It can also be opened as normal if saved locally > moved to the shared drive.I have

• Can you provide us a step-by-step screenshot of how you print your documents as PDF?

With printing to Adobe Acrobat the document opens by default after printing. When using Microsoft Print to PDF it just saves it where specified but does not open the document. Is there a way to set it so it automatically opens the document after printing

Hi! Thanks for the quick response. I am using Chrome to access my payroll company's website. When I attempt to print a report from there, it makes me save the pdf document first.
