Windows 10: documents were being sent but email recipient don't receive it...i want that document being...

documents were being sent but the recipient don't receive it. How many times I repeat the procedure to be able to send the document until the recipient receive the document in real time, but it failed. sadly, I don't still have my own copy supposed to be in my Gmail account. It is so disappointing that despite my effort I still cannot receive what is sent to me. what is the solution? thank you

Emailing a document

Well, we should be able to come up with something simpler than using OneDrive and an iPad.

You wrote:

Does outlook mean:

The Windows 10 Mail App

or

outlook.com, formerly known as Hotmail, accessed via a browser

or

Office Outlook, the full featured, installed email program?

Does "select a document" mean right-click the file> Send to> Mail recipient?

2. Since when are you facing this issue?

3. Which version of Windows are you currently using?

Reply with the information to the above questions, in order to assist you with appropriate troubleshooting steps.

If you are using Exchange Online in Microsoft Office 365, I suggest you to refer the article on

External recipients don't receive email messages that are sent to a distribution group in Exchange Online, and senders don't receive nondelivered reports, and check if that helps.

how do i send a word document by email

Hi tobleroneetta

Type out your Email telling the recipient you have attached a Word document, then you should see a paperclip icon, click that and navigate to find that word document., when you select that Word Document it will then be attached to the Email and will be sent
to the recipient along with the Email . . .
