Windows 10: Does a "Hard Crash" happen to you lately when opening up Steam?

Title.Specifically if it re-directs you to the current storefront? I have not tried to just run the shortcuts for the games as I am scared to give stress on my system while this error/bug is still present on my end. Did it happen to you guys as well? Mind sharing your key takeaways on it for anyone who's experiencing this? I had a total of 2 hard crashes and 2 "soft crashes" wherein my system just goes to black when Steam is booting up the homepage.To add: The client loads in properly and I can open the Library tab and play games directly. Other launchers are fine so far for me Battle net plu

If it crashes, run at stock speeds as suggested before and retry.
