Windows 10: Does a pending security info in my account stops the windows 11 to activate?

My laptop suddenly starts to get BSOD. So when i went to the service center, the only fix is to reinstall the OS. So they did that. And when it is done, i logged in my Microsoft account. Note that my account has a security info update pending. But when it is time to reactivate the windows, my laptop can't find the key to my old account. So does the pending security update stops the activation to happen?

This message is shown when all the security info (such as alternate contact methods) that you previously added to your account was removed and replaced with new info and you need to wait 30-days for the changes to take effect.

There are still things you may be able to do with your account, but in most cases, you won't be able to access any Microsoft site that asks for this security verification info.
