Windows 10: Does anybody know why the Sparkling Society games, Zoo Life, City Island games from...

Does anybody know why the Sparkling Society games, Zoo Life, City Island games from Microsoft store will not play in game video ads? It either tells me that the video is loading with a circle going round and round, or it say no video available. Support from Sparkling society told me it was because of a Windows issue with not having enough ads to show. I find that answer strange because in 2 weeks I only was able to get them to come in 3 times City Island 6 for a few mins and then they were gone. I get no free items or double items, and can't play in events because I can't get some of the t

I'm remember this old facebook games from 2010-2011.

Tiki resort, happy island - You just create atractions on your island and see a lot of tourists having fun. Upgrade the airport, upgrade the museum, cinema etc for your tourist.

Restaurant City, Cafe Mania - You build your restaurant, choose table, chair, soda machine, cook lots of option and the costumer just eat what have in the restaurant. Different of the actual boring game where you have to create cheese-salad withou salad
(-.- ) and with the lowest time possible.

Actually i found only one game like that, but is floating islands. What is that? What the cow was that?

If there is any game like that please let me know.

On the store i use all tags possible: Tiki Resort - Restaurant City - Cafe Mania - Happy Island - Not a single found.

Game Compatability - Sim City 4 Deluxe

Has anyone tried to play Sim Cities 4 Deluxe edition? My game used to play in Windows 7 64bit with no problem. In Windows 10 it will not play. I tried uninstalling it But now it will not install! I know its an old game , but it was fun to play. I tried
running it in compatibility mode But none of the settings worked. That's when I decided to uninstall it. But like I said It will not install now. Its the same for Sim Cities Societies as well. But Sims 3 plays ok so far.
