Does anyone can help me i just made my self a huge problem,just wanted to lock my pc with password and bam all files/folders games etc are deleted. I tried to recover data back like from yesterday but it doesnt give me ,it gives me only the data from few hours earlier same files/folders missing there i dont know what to do i tried to find an online soultion but i just found "fix the problem for 2minsbut they ask me to pay but i cant alot of problems for it so i dont know what to do im gonna kill my self not litterally,im dead spiritually if i dont have my files/folders back,i just s

Correction : In the BIOS there is a field under advanced " Intel AES -IN> ENABLED /DISABLED "

That seems to be an attempt at Option 2 in the tutorial, which requires you to
a. Boot to a command prompt (Did you?)
b. You then seem to be mixing steps 3,4 and 5, thus your command is incorrect.

I suggest Option 1 is easier.
