Windows 10: Does anyone else have a problem that the new Windows 11 will not run on my current pc?

Does anyone else have a problem that the new Windows 11 will not run on my current pc? Does Microsoft think we all have another $2000 laying around to upgrade to a comparable "new" pc to our current ones? Get a Life Microsoft, your software upgrades should be able to run on the current inventory of all PC's owned by your customers.

windows xp installation and dual core am

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx
