Windows 10: Does anyone else have an issue with file explorer crashing on them when trying to access...

I have an end user who connects into our network over a VPN connection. When they are going into directories on network drive and moving between different files, it tends to freeze up and go into the not responding mode. I have a couple other laptops that are having this issue as well all of these are new laptops that were shipped out to us with windows 10 installed and that we moved up to windows 11. I have no laptops with this issue that were originally installed with Windows 11. When the laptops were on Windows 10, they did not have this issue.

Access, follow these steps:

• Type File Explorer Option in the search box.
• Click on File Explorer Options.
• Under General tab, choose This PC in the Open File Explorer to: drop down menu.
  
• Uncheck Show recently used files in Quick access and
  Show frequently use folders in Quick access.
• Click Apply an OK.
• Restart the computer and re-enable Quick access.
