Windows 10: Does anyone from Microsoft actually read these questions with the intention of improving...

From what I have read and seen for years, any microsoft help request attempt will be met with the most childish questions and answers that are typically not helpful to anyone, and no one from Microsoft itself ever says "We are aware of the issue and are working on a fix" or "Holy **** you're right! We wasted millions of dollars in resources for no reason! We'll roll it back right away". That's if someone even reads the entire question, a lot of community members only hit on a few words or read the first half, then answer incorrectly with a "know-it-all" style.Then... no one ever has a realisti

That's a good suggestion. If you want to suggest this to Microsoft you may be able to help improve this product/experience by using the Feedback Hub in the Start Menu apps list. Although they won't see it here in the forums, Microsoft developers DO read feedback from customers that comes in via the Feedback Hub, so that is a great way to share your thoughts on how to better serve you as a customer.

 

How do I change (Read Only) on Microsoft Word


When I downloaded Windows 10 and used my Microsoft Word it was in (Read Only) and I tried looking up how to solve the problem including looking at properties on my document to uncheck read only, but it was already unchecked. I have tried all the steps suggested.
