Windows 10: Does anyone have the same unit of gwtn156-12-11rd

Please help me.Good day I'm form Philippines, i have gwtn156-12-11rd a budget laptop notebook for my school. I've researched many times and the answers regarding on my unit if it's upgrade or not are so chaotic and i don't know what is true. I want to know if my pc is upgradable or not. I've checked the task manager and it's said that my pc have sodimm which have a 2 lots idk if it's true or not too iwant clear answer for this thank you.

I suggest you to try the following steps:

• Open the Time & Language Settings page by click on search and typing time and language.
• Make sure that English (United States) is listed. If not, click on “Add a language”, and follow the steps to add the language
  
• Click on “English (United States)”, then click on the “Options” button.
  
• Set the Country and region setting to the United States
• Log off and log in.

I understand that English (United States) keyboard layout keeps appearing automatically. I’ll certainly help you with the steps to remove it.



I would suggest you to refer the steps mentioned below and see if you are able to remove the language pack:

1. Type command prompt in the search bar on the
   Taskbar.
   
2. Right click on the command prompt icon and select
   Run as administrator.
   
3. Now, paste the following command and hit Enter:
   lpksetup /u en-US.
   
4. Restart the computer.
