Windows 10: Does anyone know how to fix a keyboard that has the escape key locked with f5? Also Why is...

So basically, I've had this keyboard for a little over two years and had to get my original one replaced due to 2 keys that stopped working. I haven't had any issues with the replacement until about a week ago, when I noticed that the escape key wouldn;t work when I was playing games. It confused me, so I went onto a keyboard tester and there I found out that it wasn't working. I tested it on another game and also the keybinds to make sure it wasn't a game related issue, but it seems to have to do with the keyboard or maybe software? Please let me know if you guys have any fix. Another issue I

To address your concern, we suggest that you try the following steps:

• Click Start and then click Settings
• Click on Ease of access
• Click Keyboard in the left pane
• Turn off Filter Keys in the right pane

Also, try pressing the Fn+ Num Lock keys to turn off the Number lock function.
