Windows 10: does anyone know how to fix not being able to access files?

Discus and support does anyone know how to fix not being able to access files? in Windows 10 Software and Apps to solve the problem; im trying to move a file and its saying i dont have permission to do so even tho i have full control on every file on my computer can someone help?...     Programs not working

    In post 26 there were steps listed to fix the operating system corruption.
    Are you able to follow them?
    In post 29 was the suggested dism repair command.

    File history on USB security user access

    Hi,

    To isolate this concern, we suggest that you follow the steps below:

    • Open File History folder.
    • Select all the files that you don't want to be accessed.
    • Right-click on the highlighted files and choose Properties.
    • Go to Security tab.
    • Click on Advanced.
    • Select all the user account that you don't want to have access on your File History folder.
    • Click on Disable inheritance.
    • Lastly, click on OK.

    Let us know how it goes.

    As Alexfranky suggested, These are some most common reasons due to which an access database file gets corrupted. Whenever you face corruption in your database files, you need to recover the your data and information from them.
