Windows 10: Does anyone know how to fix this issues? Its a glitch that happens on every game or...

I've tried the basics restarting my pc, factory resetting, I have had others look at it but everything we do doesn't fix it. I've tried reinstalling the games but nothing fix's these glitch's

Wait wait.. One machine. Three monitors. Issue started on one monitor only, starting to show up on other monitors?
