Windows 10: Does anyone know how to permenatly FORCE WIndows 10 to change screen resulution?

I'm having this problem where after setting it up, and the hooking it up to my Vizio v sires tv , WIndows is constantly pestering me that there's no actual graphics card on the tv I had it set up for. and I can not change it even trough the command prompt/PowerShell. I had tried everything and it forces 3840 x 2160 even tough my tv supports 1920 x 1080 resolution. And windows for some reason renders it as a "Microsoft basic display" or something like that? I had my Vizio TV ever sense 2022. and i have no idea why i cant force windows to change it to how I want it to be. I even tried doing an u

I actually had a client call yesterday with an email problem. when I tried walking him through some steps, he says "Yeah, I don't see that there, but I think it's because it's updated to windows 10. It did that a few weeks ago. I came back in on Monday, and it said Welcome to Windows 10"..... I think I'd throw the computer out the window.
