    Does anyone know how to stop microsoft app popups?


    I am getting constant popups of calculator, This PC, media and snip and sketch. I've been with microsoft help for over a week now and they can't figure it out. We just did a clean install and the problem persists.If anyone knows how to beat this menace, I'd be very grateful!

    Microsoft Edge has stopped woorking

    Hello,

    There may be a number of reasons why suddenly Edge would stop working. The first troubleshooting step that we can try is to run the troubleshooter for Windows apps. Check out
    this link for more information and download link for the troubleshooter.

    If the above step won't work, we also suggest resetting Edge. For this, follow the steps below:

    • Close Microsoft Edge browser.
    • On the Cortana search bar, type Default App settings.
    • Click on Microsoft Edge (the list may not include Edge if your operating system is not on Creators Update.)
    • Under Microsoft Edge, click Advanced options.
    • Click the Reset button and confirm.
    • Restart your PC.
    Note: Your PC must be updated to the latest version of Windows for this troubleshooter.

    How to stop Microsoft popups pushing Windows 10? I don't want it.

    We understand how you feel about the situation.
    We're sorry for the trouble this has caused.

    I suggest you to follow the steps below and uninstall the get windows 10 app, you can always reinstall it by reinstalling the KB. To do so you have to uninstall a KB update. Please follow the steps below

    • Type “View Installed Updates” in the Search box and then click on
      View Installed Updates – Control Panel from the Search results.
    • Look through the list for the KB3035583 update and Right click it and click Uninstall.

    Hope this helps in resolving the issue.
