Windows 10: Does anyone know how to stop my computer from freezing????

My game has been freezing for over a month now and it is still happening and i have tried to fix it with no luck. I am getting three errors. The first one is that the Smart Card Reader 'Microsoft IFD 0' rejected IOCTL POWER: The request is not supported. If this error persists, your smart card or reader may not be functioning correctly. The second error is that The server Windows.Gaming.GameBar.PresenceServer.Internal.PresenceWriter did not register with DCOM within the required timeout. The third error is that The description for Event ID 153 from source nvlddmkm cannot be found. Either the

Computer randomly freezes

I have followed all the steps suggested.

First, there were no minidump files, because I formatted the computer two days ago and since then, it just freezes (stops totally responding) but had no BSOD.

To assist you better, please provide us the below information:

• Have you tried to perform startup repair of the computer?
• When you say that "The screen was freeze, neither the Keyboard nor the Mouse responded.", when exactly the screen is getting freeze? Is it at login screen or while booting the computer?
• When you switch on the computer, are you able see anything on the screen?
