    Hello, I have the same problem as FrankMuller3 on Jan 3rd, except my printer is not an Epson it is a Canon Image Class MF210 Series. It is wireless though and still works very well, including with Windows 10, and I have tried all the steps to the last one in the reply from CarloTJ, but it did not print, although it goes through all the steps, except picking up paper and printing! CarloTJ's advice was to replace the driver, which is exactly what I have been trying to do, but all Canon sites do not list a driver for my printer, they start at MF212. I am using a new desktop Lenovo Think Cen

    Canon Image Class D420 - Not Scanning to Windows 10

    I've finally worked out the issues with the printer.

    I have:

    Canon Image Class D420 - prints - no scan

    Canon Pixma MP495 - prints - no scan

    I've tried downloading drivers and scan files all to no avail (thus far). Can anyone please provide a layperson (KISS - Keep It Simple Somehow) fix?

    Scanning finction not working on my Canon Image Class MF3240 using Windows 10

    I have an Image Class MF3240 Multi-Function Copier-Printer-Scanner. Since I upgraded to Windows 10 I am not able to scan documents. The Printer and Copier functions work OK. Any suggestions on how I can remedy this? I have the latest driver for Windows
    10 from the Canon website installed. Thank you

    Scanning finction not working on my Canon Image Class MF3240 using Windows 10

    I followed the advice to uninstall, then reinstall, the driver for the MF3240. This approach worked for me.
