  1. Does anyone know of an "all in one" audio control program/solution for my setup?

So I have two audio outputs for my computer - pretty standard - one going to my DAC and then to headphones, and one going to my speakers. I often need to switch between my speakers and headset, and also change specific app volumes. To do this, I normally (1) keep the windows volume mixer open on my left most monitor (of 3) and next to it, (2) I keep the sound control panel, accessed through the sound settings to be able to switch between my two inputs (see the picture). I am looking to see if anyone knows of a program/general solution, in which I could have one program control all of this, instead of having to awkwardly have two menus always open - furthermore, the sound control panel cant even be pinned so every time I restart, I need to navigate to it again.

Tl;dr I need a program to be able to achieve both switching between my audio outputs and adjusting volume as I would on the windows volume mixer.

  2. DTS Audio Control and headphone plug

    Hi Terry,

This issue with the DTS Audio Control can be caused by system corruption on the application itself. As an initial troubleshooting step, we suggest that you uninstall the application. Here's how:

    • Type DTS in the search field at the task bar.
    • Right-click on the DTS Audio Control in the results.
    • Click Uninstall.
    • Once done, proceed with installing it back.

You can also check out with HP as the manufacturer of this application for any updated drivers that can help to resolve the issue.

You may try to plug in the headphone again once the issue has been resolved. If it is the same, try a different headphone and let us know about the results.

Should you need additional assistance, do let us know.
