Windows 10: Does anyone know what could have caused this mark on my screen?

It's a Dell Latitude 7430 laptop.A small white mark, about 2 or 3mm long, has appeared on my laptop's screen at some point over the last couple of days. I hope that the the first four pictures attached below can give a decent-enough view of it pictures 3 and 4 are the same view with and without the dark screen. It looks to me like the sort-of mark that would appear on a screen if the screen were hit or scratched heavily; however, I can't see any signs at all of such damage to the screen with the power turned-off; I can't account at-all for any knocks or falls or hits it might've sustained—ov

That's what the auto setting will do since you're over the 1333 mark it jumps to the next step which isn't listed or officially supported I assume by that ram.

At this point though I would suggest dropping the multi one step or .5 so that we can get something stable and possibly take the heat issue out of the picture for now.
