Windows 10: Does anyone know what Kernal system check failer mean?

I got this BSOD when I restarted my computer. it only happens when i restart my pc never when im using the computer. does anyone know what it is?

I wanted to upgrade my system then i bought ram of 1GB ddr2 800mhz of transcendence when i installed in my dell inspiron desktop of module then its giving kernal security check failure please help me out through this problem

• What is the make and model of your computer?
• Are you getting any error message?

We recommend you to eject the device safely, it may corrupt the device.

We suggest you to put your computer in clean boot and check for the issue.

BSOD crash, KERNAL SECURITY CHECK FAILURE

I built this PC about a month, but lately have been receiving BSODS KERNAL SECURITY CHECK FAILURE. I've run the verifier steps as stated in previous iterations of this issue and used Piriform Speccy to save my PC Specs, linked below:
