Windows 10: Does anyone know why I am not able to change printer border and margin settings in Windows 11?

I recently bought a new Lenovo Laptop with Windows 11 as the operating system. About a month ago, whenever I would print a PDF, the tops of the page and page numbers would be cut off. In this new system I do not have control over borders or margins in my printer settings. I know it is not the HP printer itself, because I do not have any issues when printing from my old HP laptop Windows 10 or from my iPhone. I have had the printer for four years and have never run into this issue before. Window support also looked into the issue for me and could not find a solution: I simply do not have the

I seem to have a newly encountered problem with my printer margins. I go to print a page and a notice come up with "Left edge was changed because of a conflict with another printer setting". This margin is messing up my printing...any ideas?
