Windows 10: Does anyone know why My internet has stopped working on both pcs?

So I built a new pc and I of course used a flash drive on the old one to install a windows 11 updates on it. When I got it downloaded, I ejected it from the old pc and it seems like right when I ejected it, my Ethernet just suddenly stopped working on my old pc. Me being naive thought it was because my Ethernet cable went bad or my old pc just kinda stopped working. But I got my new PC up and going and I installed windows 11 on it and when I get to the internet screen, nothing shows up on it. Not even my WiFi adapter. Anyone have any ideas on how to fix this issue?

Method 1:

First, I would suggest you to run the Internet Explorer performance and Internet Explorer security troubleshooters. These can automatically detect and fix any incorrect settings and errors that could cause issues with Internet
Explorer. Refer to these steps:

a) Press Start button.

b) Type and select Troubleshooting
in the Start search.

c) Click on Troubleshooting
and select the view all option on the left pane.

d) Click on Internet Explorer performance troubleshooter and follow the prompts.

e) Follow the same steps to run the Internet Explorer security troubleshooter.

Method 2:
