Windows 10: DOES CLEAN REINSTALLING WINDOWS 10 RESET DEDICATED VIDEO MEMORY?

I have buyed a pre built acer windows 10 laptop in 2020 it has 4gb ram 3.45 usable Amd pro a6 8350B dual core amd Amd radeon r5 graphics which has 512mb vram...I want to reinstall Windows 10 because now i feel like my windows became slower a bit so I have 512mb dedicated video memory that is set in bios so after reinstall windows 10 will it decrease my video memory as far i know reinstalling windows don't effect bios...So will it reset??Some website are telling that they have 256mb vram but after reinstall it became 32mb vram so i got scared pls help

That is your pagefile, that is not for increasing video dedicated memory. As the pagefile may help if he runs low on memory, which is about a 1% chance.

Maybe the visual effect, you can select for adjust for best performance or best appearance but that's it and increase the pagefile, and as I said his physical and pagefile is already plenty.
