When we boot laptop and press f8 > repair your computer > choose language > choose user. Here does different user have different system restore option if we proceed

How to perform and choose different system restore points

Lotsa bugs so I want to try System Restore.

First problem: Turn off anti-virus. That turned out to be a monumental headache and I'm trying to avoid it if I can.

Second: At Restore failure suggestion was to "try a different restore point". OK...how?
