Windows 10: Does Downgrade rights available for Windows 10 LTSC 2019?

hi,


we specifically needs to install Windows 10 LTSC 2015 version, but as per my information it is not available for sell. so can I purchase windows 10 LTSC 2019 under volume licensing and can in get media and product key of 2015 version of LTSC licenses under downgrade rights?

• Office 2019 will ship in H2 of 2018. Previews of the new apps and servers will start shipping in the second quarter of 2018.
• Office 2019 apps will be supported on:
  • Any supported Windows 10 SAC release
  • Windows 10 Enterprise LTSC 2018
  • The next LTSC release of Windows Server
• The Office 2019 client apps will be released with Click-to-Run installation technology only. We will not provide MSI as a deployment methodology for Office 2019 clients. We will continue to provide MSI for Office Server products.

 

Problem in Windows 10 LTSC 2019


I have clean installed windows 10 ltsc on my pc. Now having weird problems plz see below image. this happens when I click on "Explore new features" in Update & Security.





Second problem is when i right click a image to edit it with paint 3d this happens:

Hi Gents,

in my organization we have windows server 2016 datacenter

and we activate windows 7 and windows 10 enterprise and bro from windows server 2016 datacenter kms host key,

we need to install windows server 2019 datacenter to activate windows 10 LTSC 2019,

my questions are?:

1- will we lost activation of windows 7 and windows 10 "old laptops"

2- activation of windows 10 LTSC just in windows server 2019 data center KMS ? and not possible in windows server 2016 datacenter?,

3- what is the problems that will face if we upgrade our windows server?
