Windows 10: Does Dragon affect other applictions?

Hi everyone,Does anyone know if Dragon affects other applications? I have a new HP Envy computer, just 4 months old, with 16 GB ram. Things were working well until about a week ago. Suddenly, I began having problems opening up tabs on my browser - Amazon, my bank, gmail, the Guardian US, Purple Air, Zoom, etc. Either it would open exceedingly slowly, like 3-5 minutes, or not open at all and leave this message : "Hmmm...can't reach this page". It is not the internet. I get 3 bars on my wifi internet. And, I put another and quite older computer in the room, and it worked just fine when

Hi Michael,

One of the possible cause to this issue is compatibility conflict. Some user reports that the latest version of Dragon 13 doesn't require Compatibility mode in order to run correctly. We suggest turning off Compatibility mode by following the steps below:

• Locate Dragon 13 shortcut and right click it.
• Select Properties from the list.
• Click on Compatibility tab and locate Run this program in compatibility mode for and uncheck it.
• Click OK to save the changes and try running the application again.

Unable to install Dragon 13 on Windows 10

I understand your concern and will assist you to resolve this issue.

I suggest you to follow the steps below and check if it helps.

1.
Insert the DVD

2.
Run compatibility from Windows explorer.

3.
Select "not listed"

4.
Browse to Dragon DVD and select the setup.exe file

5.
Run the compatibility mode in default mode (Windows selects a solution)

6.
A Window will open with "Compatible with Windows 8"

7.
Type on "Test" (this will run the setup.exe in compatibility mode)

8.
The Dragon 13 install Wizard will open, and you can start the Dragon 13 installation,

9.
You will be able to do the complete set-up in Windows 10, and it works
