  1. Does FSUTIL not support international character sets?

When I use the FSUTIL utility to list hardlinked files the utility doesn't return the original characters, it seems to convert them into a pseudo-European character set. Like for example, if I'm trying to list a file with Chinese, or Korean letters in it, it converts them into something else. This is the command I would use:fsutil hardlink list "c:\dir1\dir2\filename_<with Korean or Chinese or other characters>.txt"The output would be something like this:c:\dir1\dir2\filename_???? ?????? ???.txtc:\dir1\dir3\filename_???? ?????? ???.txtc:\dir4\dir5\filename_???? ??????

    :)

That's what the auto setting will do since you're over the 1333 mark it jumps to the next step which isn't listed or officially supported I assume by that ram.

At this point though I would suggest dropping the multi one step or .5 so that we can get something stable and possibly take the heat issue out of the picture for now.

  3. "Chinese Characters" program delaying shutdown - a different approach.

    Hi,

    Thank you for your response.

    • As you have mentioned this happens only in the Admin account, is it local account set as admin account or the Microsoft account?
I would suggest you to check the all apps list and check if that Chinese character app is present.

After you try the above steps and share us the results what happens we can proceed with the further suggestions.

Please post us back with the results after troubleshooting the above steps and check.

Keep us posted to help you better.

plus character missing on windows mobile device (nokia lumia)

    Hello.

On a Nokia Lumia smartphone with windows mobile 10, when

the keyboard comes up, I can't find the '+' character in the list

of symbols. Does anyone know how to create this character when

typing on the phone keyboard (useful when entering international phone numbers)?

Thanks in advance for any suggestions.
